What: Launching of School Based Feeding Program. This is in coordination with the Sangguniang Pambarangay of Simlong, DepEd Teachers and Parents and Teachers Association (PTA). The PTA officers and some Simlong Barangay councilors handle the food preparation; JG Summit Petrochemicals Group provide the funding; and DepEd and DSWD monitor and evaluate the children’s weight before and after the feeding program. The identified 95 beneficiaries from Simlong Elem School were given snacks during the launching of the feeding program.

Dahil ang bata pong malusog ay lalong nagiging malusog ang kaisipan. Muli po maraming maraming salamat.”
