JG Summit Petrochemicals Group (JGSPG) held its annual Balik Eskwela program on May 31 and June 1, 2018. 1,572 beneficiaries – 656 daycare and elementary students from Brgy. Simlong, 280 students from Brgy. Pinamucan Ibaba and 636 students from Brgy. Pinamucan Proper – were this year’s recipients of the Group’s outreach program.

School supplies including notebooks, pencils, pad papers, rulers, erasers, sharpeners, crayons and pens were distributed to the students. Brand new television sets and printers to be used as teaching tools were likewise donated to respective schools located within the host communities.

Balik Eskwela is part of JGSPG’s corporate social responsibility program that encompasses education, environment and community development.
